Relax, create, and connect in a playful art workshop designed for mindfulness, self-expression, and community.
Looking for a welcoming space to explore your creativity? Connect in Colour is a monthly art workshop series across Nottinghamshire, running in Kirkby in Ashfield, Mansfield, and Hucknall.
No art experience is needed. These sessions are about curiosity, flow, and joy rather than “being good” at art.
What You’ll Experience
Each Connect in Colour workshop includes:
- Playful creative exploration with different mediums each month.
- Gentle grounding exercises to help you feel present and in flow.
- The chance to create freely, without expectation or pressure.
- Reflecting on your artwork: noticing colours, shapes, and symbols, and what they might mean for you.
- A safe, friendly space to meet new people and share the experience.
All art materials are provided. (Tea, coffee, and biscuits included at most venues.)
This is about process, not perfection. Come as you are, come with friends, or come alone and make some new ones – solo attendees very welcome!
