It’s been a while since I last posted something on the blog, and a lot has happened in that time.

I took a little break from posting to focus on other things in life as I felt my attention needed to go elsewhere. It’s been an interesting period of reflection, rumination, and recalibration. I’ve made some decisions about the direction of my life, the direction of The Opaque Elephant as a project, my goals and my aspirations.

It’s hard to believe that I really kickstarted this project a year ago. It’s been a year full of lessons, experimentation, and new experiences. It does feel like it’s starting to fall into place a little more than before.

I was recently given the opportunity to start hosting some workshops, which has been something I’ve been wanting to establish for a long time. I’m really excited to now have them in action, and it’s reminded me how much I love facilitating learning for other people, whilst not being constricted to the confines of traditional education. A few trial ones have already happened, and I’ve been given some really positive feedback that I’m incredibly grateful for.
