I haven’t been particularly active on my website or blog over the past while. I’ve actually found it quite difficult to consistently post everywhere whilst working full time, on top of doing all of the ‘side hustle’ aspects of running a small business.

The most major change has been my decision to step away from Etsy and to focus on other pursuits – mostly running local workshops.

I desperately need to update my website, and that’s a project I’ll be undertaking over the next few weeks.

Strangely, I’ve notice a lot of new traffic to the website and people from around the world showing interest in previous blog posts and resources. I’m glad to know that, even if I wrote them a while ago, that they are still useful for people.

If you’re still here, or even if you’re just new and wondering what has been going on, I just wanted to let people know I’m still very much here. But, as life often requires, I’ve had to change my course a little.

Some major updates will be coming over the next while:

• Edits to the post archive to reflect my movement away from Etsy
• A simplified version of the website (though the blog will stay intact)
• More information on my workshops

I’m also looking at the possibility of opening up private bookings for different workshops, and working on a creative menu for this. I think the website’s design also needs a bit of a refresh.

Anyway, I don’t want to spend too much time fretting over all of this, as the best-laid plans don’t always work out the way we intend. Once these major changes happen, I’ll be looking to regularly producing content for the blog again and starting a new series of online workshops.
