Every workshop is designed and facilitated by a qualified teacher with over ten years of experience creating engaging learning experiences, ensuring sessions are inclusive, well-organised and adapted to the needs of your group.
I’ll be taking bookings from September 2026. Please note that these workshops are only suitable for groups of adults.

Why Creative Wellbeing?
Modern workplaces require staff to solve problems, communicate effectively and think creatively every day. We don’t, however, always create opportunities to slow down, reflect, and approach challenges from different perspectives.
Creative workshops offer teams an opportunity to engage with mindful and engaging activities, reconnect with their colleagues over a shared experience, and flex their creative thinking muscles.
No artistic experience or ability is required; the emphasis is always on the process and what we can take away from that for personal development over producing perfect masterpieces.
Pricing
As every organisation is different, workshop costs will vary depending on factors such as group size, travel, materials and whether you’re booking a single or multiple sessions.
To help with planning, single session corporate bookings start at £315 for up to 20 participants.
I’m always happy to discuss adapting workshops to suit your venue, audience and available funding.

I’m based in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, and regularly deliver workshops across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
